Windows 11: Epson PC Fax Utility does not work via USB

Explanation:

If you install PC Fax Utility after upgrading to Windows 11 and use your device via a USB connection, then you will be unable to send or receive faxes from the PC. If you installed this software and used it on a Windows 10 PC and then upgraded to Windows 11, you will be able to receive faxes but not send them directly from a PC.

In both cases, the solution is to connect the product via a network connection instead and Epson PC Fax Utility will function as intended.
