You may notice changes in the layout of the Printer Settings screen after upgrading to macOS 10.15, this is due to the introduction of a generic driver option in macOS 10.15. If this option is selected then the Epson driver settings will be replaced with a revised interface.

Solution:

The original Epson setting layout can be restored by following the instructions below steps:

1. Go to 'System Preferences'.
2. Select 'Printers & Scanners'.
3. Select your printer and click 'Options & Supplies'.
4. In the next window open the 'General' tab.
5. Click on 'Use Generic Printer Features'.
